Grown With Hope LLC was created in 2025 out of Hope’s desire to grow tasty food and beautiful gardens for her community.

Hope grew up in upstate New York where she developed an enthusiasm for birds and bugs. She holds a degree in Ecology and Entomology from Cornell University, and spent many years working as an environmental educator.

She came to the White Mountains in 2015 and fell in love with the region. She worked on fruit and vegetable farms for five years before starting her gardening business.

She is currently enrolled in the Maine Horticulture Apprenticeship program and is continually learning and studying. Gardening ties together her loves for community, good food, outdoor work, and natural beauty.

When she’s not gardening, Hope can be found hiking, biking, hosting friends, birding, or doing seasonal logistical support for research stations in Antarctica and Greenland.
